| UPG, created out of Staten Island University Hospital’s understanding that a strong primary care base is needed to support a tertiary teaching hospital, was formed in 1991. Our vision from day one has remained the same: to offer quality medical care, available to all, in our communities of Staten Island and South Brooklyn. |

We are currently 60 doctors strong in the following areas:
